Mental Health Initiative at Beit Baruch
Working together, JCHE and JF&CS have brought expertise to the Bait Baruch staff caring for older adults with dementia and/or other mental illnesses. Demands on the dedicated staff have increased as residents age in place and new residents arrive with significantly greater medical and psychiatric needs. Professionals from the Boston agencies travel to Dnepropetrovsk and meet with the staff of Bait Baruch to provide collegial support while sharing strategies and techniques.
