JCRC Reaffirms Commitment to Access to Affordable Care

On this day as the Supreme Court of the United States has upheld core components of the Affordable Care Act, Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston Executive Director Jeremy Burton and President Bill Gabovitch made the following statement:

“We  reaffirm the commitment of the organized Jewish community of greater Boston to supporting universal access to comprehensive, quality, and affordable health care. In our work on Beacon Hill, with our partners in other faith communities, and with our representatives in Washington, we continue to encourage consumer choice, prioritizing care for the most vulnerable, and ensuring equity in the provision of health care plans.”
