JEWISH COMMUNITY GATHERS TO REMEMBER VICTIMS OF TERROR

(Boston, July 18) The Greater Boston Jewish Community will gather this evening to remember the victims of terror attacks as well as call for the release of the three Israeli soldiers currently being held by Hamas and Hezbollah. This year the Vigil will also provide an opportunity to show solidarity with the Israeli city of Sderot who is suffering daily missile attacks originating from Gaza.
A delegation of children from Sderot will speak about their experiences.
The Vigil is co-sponsored by: The Boston Israel Action Committee, Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston, The David Project, Temple Emeth, Temple Reyim, Temple Emanuel, Young Israel of Brookline, Congregation Shaarei Tefillah, Congregation Beth El – Atereth Israel, Temple Beth Avodah of Newton, and The Combined Israel Education Committee that consists of 8 Synagogues in the Newton/Needham area.
