FORMER AMBASSADOR OF ISRAEL ITAMAR RABINOVICH TO SPEAK IN BROOKLINE

(Boston, October 9, 2007) At 7:15 pm on Monday, October 15, the Israel Action Center of Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC), Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) and the Consulate General of Israel to New England will welcome former Ambassador of Israel Dr. Itamar Rabinovich to Temple Ohabei Shalom in Brookline (1187 Beacon Street).
Professor Rabinovich is currently Chairman of the Board of the Dan David Foundation, Chairman of the Advisory Board and a lecturer at Harvard University. He is also Past-President of Tel Aviv University, and participated in the 2000 Camp David negotiations between Israel and Syria.
The lecture will address issues facing Israel and its neighbors in advance of the peace conference scheduled for November and allow participants an opportunity to engage in a question and answer session.
