Power of 80. Legacy, leadership, and looking ahead.

Leading with purpose and influence in Greater Boston and beyond.

For 80 years, JCRC has created a legacy of building community relations in support of Jewish and communal interests.

We have created this legacy by forging alliances with public officials, interfaith groups, and legislators whose partnerships help to strengthen the Jewish community at large.

We’ve built connections and understanding across disparate backgrounds and perspectives. We’ve advocated for the interests of the Jewish community in Greater Boston and beyond. We’ve created events, forums, and opportunities that deepen individuals’ understanding of current issues, connecting them to changemakers and civic leaders. And we’ve done all of this while successfully engaging people in programs and service opportunities that make a real impact.

Our relationships allow us to act quickly to face issues affecting Jewish community at home and abroad.

JCRC leadership fosters a deeply engaged, safe, and thriving Jewish community in Greater Boston in support of both the Commonwealth and global Jewry. Our safety comes in part through our allies in civic space, and our meaningful partnerships with state and local leaders ensure that we always have a seat at the table and a voice in conversations that impact Jewish well-being.  We organize and advise on issues important to the Jewish community to uphold a democratic and pluralistic world.

We catalyze deeper engagement with religious and civic leaders. We convene forums and community programs for safe, honest, and open dialogue. We advocate for the sustained health and happiness of our community. In doing so, we ensure that Jewish voices are leading — not following — on the most critical issues we face together.

Looking ahead to the next 80 years, we remain dedicated to amplifying Jewish voice in Greater Boston.

We commit to creating civic engagement and diverse community programs that provide essential forums for safe and challenging conversations. And we continue to proudly lead a community that is defined by its passion and resilience. Join us for 80 more years of shaping a world where our Jewish voice matters, our community thrives, and future generations find strength in our enduring legacy.

Built strong over 80 years. Building even stronger for the next 80.
