Where is the Yom HaShoah Commemoration located?
The Yom HaShoah Commemoration will be held at Faneuil Hall in the Great Hall in downtown Boston. It is easily accessible from the State Street and Haymarket MBTA subway stations and there are also nearby garage options. http://www.faneuilhallmarketplace.com/info/directionsandparking
Is the event handicapped accessible?
Yes, the building is handicapped accessible. Please note that the program begins at Faneuil Hall and ends at the New England Holocaust Memorial. There is a short walk between the two locations.
How long is the program?
The program is approximately 2 hours in length. 10:30 am–12:30 pm
Is this program appropriate for children?
The program is recommended and encouraged for middle school children and above. However, it is a personal choice for each family.
Are there transportation options for Survivors to attend?
Absolutely! For bus or taxi transportation, contact Jean Connolly at 617-457-8641 or . Please note that JCRC will have modified hours during Passover. To confirm transportation arrangements, please contact Jean by Wednesday, April 8th at 4pm.
Is there a cost to attend the event?
No. The event is free and open to the public.
